Research Support Services in Social Science Libraries

The libraries of the Eötvös Loránd University Faculty of Law, Pázmány Péter Catholic University Faculty of Law and Political Science and the Budapest Corvinus University warmly welcome the participants of the ERASMUS+ Staff Training Week.

The programme

The focus of the programme will be on research support services provided by libraries (such as publication strategy and publication knowledge, research data management, author publication management, science metrics etc.), which are an important elements of the service portfolio of social science academic libraries and thus of the host institutions.

The week will provide an opportunity to learn about the functions and services of host institutions, with a special focus on their research support practices, while providing a space for exchange of experiences and good practices in the field.

The event will be organised as an Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP), so there will be an online part as well as a 5-day physical part. The latter will be held in Budapest, at ELTE ÁJK, Corvinus and PPKE JÁK.

The main aim of the event is to strengthen existing partnerships, so we are counting on the participation of your institution. Please let us know whether the date is suitable for your staff and if so, whether you plan to attend.
